These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Axon Memory (the "Service"). Axon Memory is billed and legally operated by Trading OS ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands, acting solely as the contracting and billing entity for the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Axon Memory is a personal memory layer that stores information you choose to save and makes it available to AI assistants and tools you connect, via integrations you explicitly authorize (for example Google, GitHub, Notion, and Slack) and via our API.

2. Accounts

3. Subscriptions and Billing

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you store in Axon Memory ("Memory Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your Memory Data solely to operate and improve the Service, and to the third-party AI providers and integrations you connect. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any content you add.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what is permitted by law.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Connecting third-party services (such as Google, GitHub, Notion, or Slack) is governed by both these Terms and the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
